Cancer day is celebrated every year on 4th February. According to latest statistics, 381 people are diagnosed and 278 are reported dead caused by cancer every day in Pakistan. According to latest figures of 2008, reported by International Agency for Research on Cancer, almost 139000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year in Pakistan. According to that statistics of 2008 in Pakistan, women are more suffering then men from cancer. According to International Researchers on cancer (Standardized Rate age), out of 100000 people, 115 are diagnosed with Cancer in Pakistan.Ratio of Female is 123  and male is 106 out of 100000, are suffering from cancer. Death rate is almost more than 100000 every year. Death ratio is 86.6/100000 every year. Out of them, female ratio is 87 and male ratio is 86 out of 100000. According to WHO statistics, 180.8/100000 is diagnosed with cancer yearly. The highest ratio of Cancer is Breast Cancer i.e. 38.9/100000. Secondly is with Prostate with ratio of 27.9/100000. Lungs Cancercomes on 3rd place with ratio of 22.9/100000. Lungs Cancer is more common in Male gender. Almost 33.8/100000 is suffering from cancer and 29.5/100000 is dying with same cancer. Similarly, Breast cancer is more common in women, 38.9 are diagnosed and 12.4/100000 is dead because of Cancer. Moreover, 202 Men & 164 Women are suffering from Cancer and death ratio is 128 & 87.2/100000 respectively. World is suffering from different kind of cancer. According to WHO statistics, 13.8% Breast Cancer is diagnosed and every 4th women is suffering from Cancer. Men's ratio is 10.5% suffering from Lung cancer. Same ratio is also diagnosed for Oral cancer in Men. According to WHO, 13% deaths are caused by Cancer. In Pakistan, 6% deaths are caused by Cancer also. In Pakistan, Every 16th death is due to cancer. According to Medical Specialists, 30% Cancer is caused due to un-healthy Social behavior and un-balanced diet in Pakistan. Access weight, less use of vegetables & fruits in food, less exercise, Smoking & Alcohol are main reasons for Cancer deaths. Cancer due to smoking is 22% & 71% Lungs Cancer is main reasons for death also.
